here is some frequently asked questions
Q - Are the photos shown the actual items i will receive?
A. - Yes with exception of some of the crystals that are chosen at random, however the phot0s shown are taken of my current stock and if you would like to personally select them then i would be happy to send photos to you
Q - Can i return an item?
A. - I will accept returns if an item is faulty within 14 days of receiving the item, however postage will be at your own cost, i will endeavour to replace the faulty item or offer a full refund
Q - Do you sell Gift Vouchers?
A - I do sell gift vouchers, & they do not have an expiry date either, can be purchased through facebook
Postage Information
Hermes will be delivering your parcel, i use Hermes as this is the cheapest way for you to pay postage & is trackable.
You will be sent tracking information via e-mail from Hermes
Hermes Endeavours to deliver your post within 2-4 days however sometimes they can take longer
Postage is based on weight of your items combined so that is why there is no other postage service available at checkout
